Kelly Services is seeking an Administrative Coordinator in Rosemont.

Job title: Administrative Coordinator


Type: Direct Hire, Full-time, permanent


Salary: $40K, could go hire for the right candidate


Education: High school diploma, some college work highly desirable


Dress Code: Business Casual


Word Schedule: Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm


Required Qualifications:


+ Phone skills

+ Microsoft Office

+ Data entry

+ ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) experience


Job description:


Client Support


+ Contact clients via phone and email to reschedule their missed workshops.

+ Respond to client requests.

+ Send all bulk email correspondence.

+ Confirm clients attendance prior to workshops.

+ Send additional materials, invoices, receipts, locations details, and renewal applications.


Sales Support


+ Administrative and data entry support for the Chicago sales team, including:

+ Entering new referrals into the database.

+ Updating client and prospect information.

+ Acting as key point person for supporting the Chicago sales team.


Back-Up Reception Coverage


+ Welcome clients by greeting them on workshop days and enhancing


Client relationships


+ Phone interaction with clients, prospects, and vendors.

+ Ensure the reception area is always presentable.
