Administrative Coordiantor (Engagements)

**Industry:** Medical Device

**Pay Rate: $18**

**M-F 8-5, 40 hours a week**

**Responsibilities** .

+ Perform duties associated with ensuring compliant PR&O Open Payment Reporting processes, including support related to Center of Excellence business partners/customers

+ Responsible for pulling all financial and compliance related components of a service and/or activity to calculate individual HCP spend

+ Perform analysis for all services and/or activities for HCPs to ensure compliant adherence to company policies and procedures. (IE Travel and Entertainment policy, gift disclosure, etc.)

+ Prepare and upload monthly expense data at the individual HCP level into the Totality (HCC) system

+ Tracks and monitors event/attendee spending according to HCC guidelines and company policies

+ Researches unusual or suspect expenses, and informs management of any fraudulent or suspect activity

+ Develop and maintain desk instructions around open payments processing, including various calculations needed to arrive at the correct amounts to report
+ High level of accuracy and accountability while managing Open Payments Reporting
+ Keep up to date on all appropriate company policies and HCC guidelines in relation to open payment reporting processes
+ Review and submit HCC unplanned deviations as needed
+ Follow up with HCC on outstanding requests and document unplanned deviations properly

1. **Qualifications**

+ Bachelor’s Degree preferred, not required
+ 3 - 5 years of professional experience required
+ Healthcare experience preferred, not required
+ Ability to lead projects as assigned
+ High technological and business aptitude
+ Excellent organization and communications skills
+ Proven ability to understand business direction
+ Excellent influencing, facilitation and communications skills
+ Participation on cross-functional teams and across a matrix organization preferred, not required
+ Knowledge of federal health care program laws and FDA regulations and Open Payments expertise preferred
+ Basic Microsoft Excel knowledge required, intermediate knowledge preferred
