**_Direct Hire: Administrative Manager (Client Services Coordinator)_**

**_Downtown Kansas City, MO_**

**_Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm_**

**_Salary: 62,500_**




**Job Summary:**


Leads the Administrative team in all aspects of administration to include contract management, accounts payable, owner reporting, operations reporting, lease administration, dispatch service line, office supply management, owner events, office events, office equipment and other reporting as requested by Management.


**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**


+ Manage the Contract Management process from Third Party compliance to final contract

+ Oversee administration (including back-end) of team SharePoint Site and supporting lists/documents

+ Oversee work order database program

+ Oversee the efficiency in accounts payable process

+ Oversee the Corporate Event process

+ Create owner reports to summarize operating budget and other reports as requested

+ Create monthly metrics report for owner to summarize key performance data

+ Maintain the Energy Star Program for the portfolio

+ Create operations reports to summarize department productivity

+ Responsible for setting work unit and/or project deadlines to administrative team

+ Coach and mentor team for optimum results by leading by example with behaviors that are consistent with the companys values

+ Plan and monitor appropriate staffing levels and utilization of workforce


Minimum Qualifications:


+ A combination of education and/or experience in contract management

+ 3-5 years responsible experience in supervisory or leadership capacity

+ Must demonstrate ability to create/maintain database

+ Strong customer service skills

+ Strong technological skills (ability to learn, implement and administrate new technology)

+ Excellent written and communication skills

+ Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint and database management


+ Experience with Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Forms, and Microsoft Power Automate (Flow) preferred.


+ Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all business partners
