**L** ooking for a team-oriented professional with demonstrated organizational skills to provide administrative support and office operations assistance for the Chief Executive Officer and the staff located at their Crozet, VA Headquarters. This position requires an reliable, organized, detail-oriented person to ensure the smooth running of our companys offices and contributes in driving sustainable growth. Candidate must have willingness to assume increasing levels of responsibilities and have a strong desire for professional continued self-improvement. Position will be responsible for, but not limited to the following:

**Job Requirements and Qualifications:**

+ Possess excellent interpersonal skills, both oral and written communication skills; with the ability to work well with all levels of internal and external management and staff members.

+ Strong Organizational Skills. Promotes and demonstrates a high level of professionalism.

+ Perform normal office functions such as setting up and maintaining files; maintain and de-conflict calendars; provide phone coverage; interview callers and make proper referrals; arrange meetings, conferences, and associated catering, receiving referring and answering mail, coordination and ordering of office supplies, coordination and requests for office equipment, department office space and providing network access, phones.

+ Proficiency with standard desktop software. Experienced in QuickBooks, GOOGLE G-Suite, Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point) with advanced level of competency. Possess working knowledge of SharePoint, Box, Skype/Zoom, Slack or other team collaboration tools: and Internet research skills.

+ Familiarity with online purchasing, purchase orders, invoices, vendor communications and follow-up.

+ Support customer relations and interfacing including customer visits and meetings, setup of meetings, and coordination of visit requests.

+ Performs travel bookings for staff and support leadership in travel expense reporting, arranging travel plans for assigned group, preparing expense reports,

+ Communication and scheduling of services for facilities and property maintenance (i.e., repair services, landscaping, office cleaning service)

+ Purchasing and procurement of materials for ongoing projects in coordination with Project Manager.

+ Running local business errands as required.

**Desired Skills:**

+ Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant/Office Operations

+ Advanced level proficiency with Google G-Suite, Microsoft Office applications (specifically, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, SharePoint)

+ Able to effectively communicate with all levels of management

+ Able to work multiple tasks with limited supervision

+ Able to coordinate complex travel arrangements and reconciliation of expense reports.

+ Must have reliable transportation.

+ Must be local to Crozet VA or surrounding area (25-mile radius)

+ Upbeat, Energetic and Friendly
