**Awesome opportunity for Administrative Project Manager - Coordinator for medical device manufacturer. This unique position will support the Operations Manager and coordinate training and educational seminars/meetings and projects for clients on equipment and upcoming new releases and products. This is a newly created position due to company growth.**

**Essential functions:**

+ Organize client educational classes and activities

+ Work with marketing department to plan upcoming educational programs.

+ Develop and monitor program strengths and identify areas for improvement.

+ Implement and manage changes to ensure project goals are achieved.

+ Meet with managers and clients to regarding project issues and decisions on services.

+ Produce accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle.

+ Maintain Key Opinion Leader (KOL) relationships and continuing education through effective and timely communications.

+ Work directly with product specialists to create program content and strategy.

+ Support training activities and events

+ Manage and submit expenses for reimbursement.

+ Provide support to the Operations Manager


+ College degree in business administration, management, or communications or equivalent experience

+ 3+ years administrative experience demonstrating strong project management capabilities.

+ 2+ years experience in the pharma, medical device, bio-tech field preferred

+ Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills
