Job Title: Administrator Client Services Job Description:

Work schedule: 8-5, M-F

Pay rate: 18 to 20/hr

Job Description

+ Administrator, Client Services The Administrator, Client Services will provide high-level administrative support to operations and sales.

+ They will work with the sales team to develop opportunities and to drive brand identity that reinforces recognition and reputation with customers.

+ This role will facilitate the success of all interactions between staff and clients.

+ Duties Answering incoming calls Management of reception area

+ Client registration and set up Assist sales team with bids, RFQs and market research

+ Process client orders including logistics and shipping

+ Account management and maintenance Quoting, client set up and coordination with relevant departments

+ Troubleshooting client issues Back up support for administrative functions including billing, accounts receivable and accounts payable

+ Proactive client outreach

+ Qualifications :Associates Degree in business; with a minimum of two 2 years of transferable office experience performing administrative responsibilities.

+ Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite MS Word, Excel, Power Point, etc. and other office applications coupled with excellent typing skills.

+ Knowledge of principles and practices of basic office management and organization.

+ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with subordinates, peers, management, external customers and the public.

+ Ability to work independently with minimal or no supervision, Excellent organization skills, which includes the ability to execute many assignments simultaneously while dealing with a steady of seemingly conflicting requests/priorities

+ .Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment when necessary.
