Description Kelly Services has partnered with a Fortune 500 company that is looking to fill a **temporary/contract** **Agile Service Management Lead** position in **Centennial CO** . The position is paying **$65** an hour, and is set to last at least **six months** from the contract start date **.**

**Job Description:**


+ Related work experience 10 years of experience and proven track record in ITSM methodology application.
+ Minimum of 5 years of SAFe/Agile and DevOps experience, with formalized training and certifications (i.e. Certified Scrum Master, ACP, CASM, SAFe, SPC)
+ Preferred Strong understanding/experience working with DevOps environments and practices, including CI/CD implementation and adoption.
+ Minimum of 3 years. Strong understanding of working from Ops/Customer Service perspective with Value Streams.
+ Experience in automating workflow and process flows using CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Terraforma, TravisCI, GitLab etc...
+ Relevant work experience with current IaaS and PaaS technologies as well as experience managing applications in a containerized microservices environment.
+ Experience leading project work across multiple teams at a minimum of $10M to achieve a single goal.
**Formal education or equivalent**


+ Bachelor degree in computer science, engineering, or business administration preferred or equivalent job experience.
+ Excellent project management skills
+ ITIL Foundation and CSM and/or SAFe certifications are a requirement
+ Skills
+ Ability to be able to foster cooperation and teamwork to achieve defined objectives.
+ Strong customer focus.
+ Must have the ability to interact and collaborate effectively with colleagues from technical teams, business units, managers, sr. managers and with a wide range of stakeholders and business partners.
+ Must have excellent people management skills with the ability to delegate tasks and inspire and develop staff.
+ Ability to manage at both the detail and bigger picture levels.
+ Self-starter, self motivated.
