**Job Description**


The responsibilities will be diverse and will include representing the company in the community, nurturing the existing residential client base, and prospecting for and developing new residential clients. In order to be successful you must perform the necessary daily activities including making phone calls, setting up meetings, making presentations, and following-up with clients and prospects.


Job Responsibilities:

1. Participate with sales management in the development of a residential sales process, to ensure a successful

launch and ongoing success

2. Participate in training additional residential consultants in other markets, as needed

3. Meeting production goals and quotas established by sales management

4. Make calls to establish appointments for presenting information about products and services

5. Develop client relationships and make presentations using our presentation tools to communicate to

the client the unique products and services available

6. Develop specific, tailored proposals based on clients- needs and present the proposals to the client using

established pricing methods approved by management

7. Be technically fluent with the product and service offerings

8. Provide support and training to the client, to include app and video features that are offered

9. Exercise company standard processes of closing a sale which includes obtaining the Client Agreement,

associated documents, and collecting the fees

10. Complete the sale by demonstrating the system to the client and collecting any remaining revenues

(if necessary), as well as securing referrals.


Reporting Relationships:

This position reports to the President or Regional Sales Manager where applicable. No other positions report to this position.


**Requirements**


You should have a degree in a business related field or should have equivalent sales experience, have excellent human relation skills, a propensity to work with and for people. Additionally, must possess a positive attitude and be highly motivated and self directed. This position requires the ability to drive an automobile, use a phone, type documents, and communicate clearly and effectively to prospective clients, business associates and fellow employees. A technical aptitude is preferred.


You should have a good working knowledge of common software applications (M/S Word, Excel, Windows, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.), and standard business

equipment.
