_Kelly IT Resources_ is looking for an **Application Support** **Analyst** for a software company to support a line of software applications used by property insurance industry.

_Title:_ **Application Support/Helpdesk** **Analyst**

_Location: Lehi, UT_

_Client Industry: IT Software_


_W2 contract with health and 401k benefits_

Shifts/Schedule: Schedule needs may vary. We are primarily looking for _daytime staff_ .

**Day Shifts** : Include a 1-hour lunch; 6A 3P, 7A 4P, 8A 5P, 9A 6P, 10A 7P

**Swing/Grave Shifts** : We prefer that new swing or grave agents begin working during the day for a couple months while we have onsite resources to train and develop their knowledge. Swing and grave shifts do not include a scheduled lunch hour. 2P 10P or 1P 9P (Swing), 10P 6A (Grave)

+ Provides technical support via telephone, email and chat.

+ Educates customers on the use of products.

+ Assists in testing new and enhanced products.

+ Accurately records and maintains incidents in accordance with department standards.

+ Champions customer issues from feedback stage through delivery of solution.

+ Assists Development and Implementation staff in resolving product issues.

+ Validates and reports customer submitted bug reports.

+ Participates in department team meetings.

+ Assists in special projects and other duties as assigned.


+ 1+ year experience in a customer support environment, preferably in a high-tech setting.

+ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

+ Ability to systematically and effectively troubleshoot problems while ensuring customer satisfaction within stated service level goals.

+ Excellent customer service skills.

+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

+ Ability to listen effectively and understands the details of a customers issue.

+ Other responsibilities assigned by supervisor or manager.

+ Ability to speak Spanish, French or German a plus.
