**Kelly IT is looking for a Technical Support Analyst for an opportunity in Los Angeles!**

Employment involves performing specialized skills required of an Information Technology professional including but not limited to:

Managing interface between custom software, database, and other vendors to insure processing success

Plan and install network computer systems and configurations on workstations and shared systems

Set up, update, and maintain hardware and software systems used by staff

Address support tickets submitted by staff (remote and in-house)

Maintain IT procedural documentation

Delivers service and support to end-users using and operating automated call distribution phone software, via remote connection or over the Internet.

Interacts with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services.

Gathers customers information and determines the issue by evaluating and analyzing the symptoms.

Diagnoses and resolves technical hardware and software issues involving internet connectivity, email clients, IPTV, VOIP and more.

Researches required information using available resources.

Follows standard processes and procedures. Identifies and escalates priority issues per Client specifications.

Redirects problems to appropriate resource.

Accurately processes and records call transactions using a computer and designated tracking software.

Offers alternative solutions where appropriate with the objective of retaining customers and clients business.

Organizes ideas and communicates oral messages appropriate to listeners and situations.

Follows up and makes scheduled call backs to customers where necessary.

Stays current with system information, changes and updates.

Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:

1. Help desk customer support

2. Installation, maintenance, troubleshooting hardware/software issues, etc)

3. Documenting problems and resolutions

Minimum Level of Expertise:

Prior experience in a call center environment.

Knowledge of computer hardware, software, operating systems and computer peripherals.

Computer systems service experience.

Customer support/service experience.

Problem identification and resolution.

1. Organization
