Description **Accounts Receivable Analyst**

Salary: 40-50K | Contract to Hire (90 day)

_Greater Ann Arbor Area_

This position is responsible for monitoring the company's ability to collect on its outstanding invoices. This includes posting of all cash receipts, resolving billing errors, issuing special invoices, reconciling customer accounts, contacting customers for payment, resolving billing discrepancies, monitoring credit limits and intiiating outside collections activity if necessary. Month end duties include verifying that all receipts have been posted, all special invoices have been entered.

JDE + (not necessary since switching to a new system. Any experience with system transitions is a big plus)
