Kelly Services is currently hiring for a medical manufacturer in Buffalo Grove, IL! We're looking for self-sufficient, hard working individuals to assemble medical equipment using step-by-step instructions and hand tools. Individuals with a background in assembly and a willingness to learn new things are encouraged to apply!

Position Title: Electronic Assembler

Shifts / Pay:

1st shift-6:00 AM-2:15 PM, Monday-Friday - $14.25 / hour

2nd shift-2:15 PM-10:30 PM, Monday-Friday - $14.75 / Hour

3rd shift- 9:45 PM-6:00 AM, Sunday-Thursday - $15.25 /hour

Location: Buffalo Grove IL

Length of Assignment: Temp to Hire (Process typically takes 6 - 12 months. Employees are evaluated in 5 areas; Safety, Quality, Productivity, Attendance and Attitude.)

·Over-time is available and primarily on a volunteer basis. On rare occasions, mandatory over-time may be called at manager discretion if there are not enough volunteers.

Responsibilities:

- Diagram/Blueprint/Schematic Reading

-Assembly of medical devices such as: glucose meters, dialysis pumps, portable ultrasound machines +MORE!

-Wiring

-Use of hand + power tools

-Following assembly instructions and work orders via computer/tablet daily

-Complete online training courses regularly

-Assemble mechanical parts, pieces or products using a variety of tools and equipment according to required specifications in a specific area of a production line in a manufacturing organization

-Maintain a clean and safe work area

**Requirements**

- A minimum of a high school diploma or GED or equivalent experience is required for this position.

- Experience of less than 1 year is required for this position, assuming education requirements are met. Equivalent industry experience of 1 or more years is highly desirable.

- Must be comfortable using the computer, typing and using a variety of systems to complete daily tasks.

- Ability to work independently on projects.

- Must be able to stand for 8 hours and lift up to 40lbs.
