Description **Job Description**

To perform the tasks and operations necessary to prepare products which meet or exceed our customers- requirements:

Assembly and Production positions with 3 shifts to choose from!

6:00 am - 2:00 pm

2:00 pm - 10:00 pm

10:00 pm - 6:00 am

Need 2 individuals willing to learn and grow in assembly and production and 2 individuals willing to work the assembly position with forklift experience to assist as often as needed.

Assembly will start at $10.00/hour with a potential of increase at conversion in about 90 days.

Assembly with Forklift experience will start at $14.00/hour.

Responsibilities and Duties

- Operate molders, grinders, trim presses, testers and other manufacturing machinery and equipment

- Perform hand operations such as trimming, assembly, soldering and packing

- Move materials, parts, and/or products within the facility

- Package finished products for shipping

- Set up and modify assembly and/or test equipment layouts as required

- Maintain work areas in clean and orderly manner

- Ability to work flexible hours, overtime and weekends as directed by the run schedule, which may be unpredictable and on short notice of required overtime

- Team oriented, multi-task oriented

- Must have technical learning skills

- Maintain safe work environment and follow all safety standards

- Comply with all OSHA standards and Textron health & safety standards

- Comply with all ISO 14001 standards

- Comply with all TS 16949 standards

- Identify waste minimization and material recycling opportunities where applicable

- Perform other duties incidental to the job as directed


Minimum Requirements

- High School Diploma or GED required

- Works well in a team environment

- Customer service oriented

- Previous manufacturing experience a plus

- Minimum computer experience

Ergonomic Focus

- Able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds on a regular basis

- Some aspects of the job may require repetitive motion

- 12-hour shifts (standing for long periods of time)

- Significant amount of bending and twisting
