Assistant Operations Manager

Kelly has a fantastic Direct Hire opportunity for an Assistant Operations Manager for a respected Home Services company that has been serving Buffalo and the surrounding communities since 1993. Salary is $60K-$75K based on experience. In this role you will be a leader and change agent at the company; managing both your own Accounts Receivable responsibilities and having 2 Customer Service Professionals directly reporting to you. This newly created position is laser focused on improving efficiencies and providing an even better customer experience. Being in the Home Service field means helping people who are in need and making a difference every day!

Responsibilities include:

Management of the Accounts Receivable Aging Report

Collaboration with upper management on Pricing

Customer follow up for aged invoices

Reconciliation preparation

Invoicing, processing payments, billing, and bank deposits

Reviewing checks and recording deposits

Management and deliverables of software updates to field staff

Coordination with the Operations Manager on leadership and coaching


Minimum 5 years of Financial Background

QuickBooks - Moderate Knowledge

High Level Microsoft Office Suite skills

Exemplary leadership and teamwork skillset


Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business, or related field of study
