**SALARY RANGE: $65k-72k**

**Position Summary:** The Assistant Vice President of Escrow Administration Manager is responsible for the performance of the Escrow Administration Department by ensuring guidelines are strictly adhered to and for monitoring the department’s daily performance to ensure that all business objectives are achieved.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities** include the following. Other duties may be assigned.


+ Manages the Escrow Department.
+ Ensures taxes are paid timely on escrowed loans.
+ Monitors the status of taxes and insurance for non-escrowed loans, following investor guidelines for payment, if needed.
+ Ensures loans are analyzed timely and accurately in accordance with RESPA (individual and mass analysis).
+ Ensures all escrow-related research issues are handled in a timely fashion, including inquiries on escrow payments, deletion and establishment of escrow accounts.
+ Monitors outsource vendor relationships to ensure quality of service and adherence to contracts.
+ Prepares and monitors monthly scorecards for adherence to established KPIs.
+ Reviews and approves monthly invoices.
+ Establishes internal controls to reduce clerical errors and customer complaints.
+ Recognizes and recommends operational improvements.
+ Establishes internal controls to reduce errors and customer complaints.
+ Develops and maintains department policies and procedures.
+ Provides coaching, training and development to staff to ensure company and department goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) are met.
+ Measures and documents staff performance, attendance and compliance with job duties, expectations, regulations, guidelines, policies and procedures.
+ Prepares and provides monthly reports to senior management.
+ This position does not work remotely.

**Education/Experience:** High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Bachelor's degree (B. A.) or higher in business related field from an accredited four-year college or university preferred. Four to ten years related experience and/or training required. At least five years' experience in supervisory or manager role required.

**Language Ability:** Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Ability to write speeches and articles for publication that conform to prescribed style and format. Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors.

**Mathematical Ability:** Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.

**Reasoning Ability:** Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

**Computer Skills:** Working knowledge of and experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook). Previous experience with MSP, Black Knight/LPS and Fiserv preferred.

**Supervisory Responsibilities:** Responsible for the overall direction, coordination and evaluation of their department. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, training, planning, assigning and directing work, appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining employees, addressing complaints and resolving problems.

**Travel:** Some travel may be required.
