Kelly is currently seeking an Associate Customer Quality Analyst for an on-going engagement at one of our Medical Device clients in Warsaw IN


This role is a full-time, offering our enhanced benefit package options. The Associate Customer Quality Analyst is responsible for assisting Customer Quality Analysts and Senior Analysts with the coordination of product complaint investigations. This role is primarily responsible for analyzing incoming product complaints, determination of requirements for investigation, the investigation and evaluation of complaints, and finding solutions to customer issues by working interactively with cross functional teams. This individual will also coordinate manufacturing history requests internally and with affiliates, complete stock audits, verify product code/lot code information, conduct complaint database searches as well as draft customer response letters.


The Associate Customer Quality Analyst is responsible for supporting the quality processes associated with product complaint handling, procedures, and controls to ensure that all complaints and complaint products are processed in accordance with established company procedures and worldwide regulations and standards.


**Qualifications**


+ A minimum of a Bachelors degree with a technical focus is required.

+ A minimum of 2 years of related business experience (medical device, pharmaceutical or related healthcare industry) is preferred

+ Will accept recent college grads with biomed engineering degree in lieu of 2 years experience related business experience

+ Will be working in complaints database system developed by SF, minimal MS will be used but need to have intermediate to advanced MS office as solid foundation for training on the complaints software.

+ Med device experience preferred but not require

+ Previous Quality and/or Complaint Investigation experience is preferred.

+ The ability to work independently on routine tasks with high attention to detail is required.

+ An ability to work cross functionally and promote good working relationships with other teams, to determine priorities, state challenges productively, and solve problems is required.

+ **This role will be seated in Warsaw, IN sometime after June 2021 once COVID restrictions are lifted will start remote** .


+ Will be required to work from own computer using Amazon workspace.
