My name is George Rogers and I am a Recruiter with Kelly Services, Inc., a Fortune 500 workforce solutions company. We are currently seeking to fill an **Associate Director, HCP Marketing** position. This position is **100% VIRTUAL (Must be comfortable with working Eastern Time Zone).** I have attached the details of the opportunity below:





**Duration: 6 months contract assignment**



**Pay: $100.00 - $115.00/HOUR**



**Please note: this position can be 100% remote but must be comfortable with EST hours**





**RESPONSIBILITIES:**




+ Ensures alignment with overall brand strategy and HCP initiatives

+ Partners with Analytics to distill insight, validate business opportunities, optimize marketing mix for providers and monitor ROI of individual tactics

+ Identifies critical design elements for initiatives/ promotions designed to drive desired provider behavior change

+ Makes strategic choices when prioritizing & commissioning tactics for the brand; collaborates with field sales to develop meaningful resources

+ Develops creative briefs for agency involvement, before shifting execution responsibilities to the Hub

+ Leads development of HCP advisory board strategy and guides HCP driven market insights, & shape KOL engagement strategies

+ Leverages brand insight to inform HCP targeting, segmentation and channel mix preferences

+ Manages assigned budget

+ Be responsible for designing and operationalizing HCP strategy for a given brand/franchise. Focus on: developing key messages, defining brand positioning, and designing core tactics in order to inform HCPs and drive the business.

+ Budgeting Ability to create and maintain an accurate budget for department expenses.

+ Leadership (Vision, strategy and business alignment, people management, communication, influencing others, managing change)

+ People Development Ability to assess strengths and weaknesses of staff members and provide suggestions for improvements.

+ Develop and cultivate strong cultural environment for the team and champion the vision for the GI business unit.

+ Decision-making and Autonomy (The capacity and authority to make organizational decisions, autonomy in decision-making, complexity of decisions, impact of decisions, problem-solving)

+ Strong ability to absorb complex business information and make decisions on behalf of the organization

+ Capability of taking ambigous situations and solving problems for that brand

+ Interaction (The span and nature of ones engagement with others when performing ones job, internal and external relationships)

+ High degree of internal matrix collaboration required to perform

+ High touch external relationships with key customers to understand how to deliver on best in class experience

+ Innovation (The required level of scientific knowledge, knowledge sharing, innovation and risk taking)

+ Strong ability to understand the science and how it relates to brand objectives

+ Capabilities in risk tasking opportunities to grow the business responsibly

+ Challenge the status quo internally and externally

+ Complexity (Products managed, mix of businesses, internal and/or external business environment, cultural considerations)

+ Ability to manage a complex disease state and be solution oriented





**EDUCATION, BEHAVIOIRAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:**




+ Bachelors Degree required. MBA preferred.

+ 10+ years of marketing, sales or related function experience in the pharmaceutical industry with 5 years in management-level positions with increasing responsibilities

+ Experience in marketing positions at a commercial pharmaceutical organization
