**East Coast Home Based - Remote**

Kelly Science & Clinical is currently seeking an **Associate Project Manager, MDR Clinical** for a long-term engagement with one of our Global Med Device clients

This person will join our Kelly FSP (Functional Service Provider) division, a managed solution provider and business unit of Kelly. This role is full-time and is offering full benefit options. + Fulfill project management needs in MDR Clinical by collaborating with the teams Clinical Research Scientists (CSRs) to track clinical research projects and workstream execution.

+ Support planning and execution of projects in collaboration with CSRs.

+ Be responsible for monitoring of key project constraints such as scope, schedule, budget, resources, and risks for a project or portion thereof.

+ Work with the team to identify and address delays and resolve roadblocks in project and workstream execution.

+ Collaborate to maintain project plans or portions thereof using e.g., Excel or other flow chart tools. Ensure project plans and objectives are in alignment with evidence generation strategies and any other applicable procedures and/or regulations.

+ Create, monitor, and analyze project risks. This may include detailed management of project risk, decision, and/or issue logs. Assist in identification of mitigation strategies.

+ Be responsible for tracking contracting, budgets, and associated payments for the portfolio of clinical research projects.

+ Be responsible for relevant project communications to cross-functional project stakeholders using standard project information management programs such as Excel for status reports, PowerPoint presentations, SharePoint or MS Teams sites, and other.

+ Serve as a point of contact for internal partners (Medical Operations, Medical Affairs, Post-Market Surveillance, Biostatistics, Epidemiology, etc.) regarding project management related activities supporting clinical research projects and workstream execution. Support clinical research scientists as a liaison to cross functional partners as needed to ensure project goals are achieved.

+ Know and follow all laws and policies that apply to ones job, and maintain the highest levels of integrity, ethics, and compliance at all times.

+ Participate in our compliance program-related activities as denoted by your supervisor or Chief Compliance Officer.

+ The Associate Project Manager may also support and facilitate the operations of the greater MDR Clinical team and Franchise Clinical teams, including various departmental coordination, communications, and management of activities and/or project data such as: Support for monthly MDR team meetings. Prepare status reports, including documentation of completed efforts and ongoing risks.

+ Support for monthly Franchise Clinical team meetings. Update playbook, CER (Clinical Evaluation Report) cadence and assignments.

+ Generate quarterly reports for clinical review meeting.


+ A minimum of a Bachelors degree in general business, engineering, or related technical field, scientific, marketing, MBA, or advanced technical degree preferred.

+ A minimum of 6 months of related industry experience within project management is required. Exposure to clinical research and/or the medical device industry environment is helpful.

+ Experience in the following project management knowledge areas: effective teamwork, integration, scope, time, cost, quality, resourcing, communication, and/or risk are preferred.

+ Strong communication and interpersonal and skills and an ability to work effectively with teams.

+ Ability to develop leadership capabilities and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to effectively assimilate and communicate complex information from multiple sources.

+ Ability to recognize and lead the resolution of project issues and roadblocks is an Essential requirement for this position.

+ Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills are required. Proficiency in written and spoken English is required.

+ Proficiency utilizing the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Outlook, SharePoint) is required.

+ Familiarity with project management software (Visio, Wrike) is helpful.
