Kelly Science, a global staffing and solutions provider of specialty talent, is currently recruiting for a Scientist Opportunity! This dynamic direct-hire role is with an Immunology based pharmaceutical company in the Seattle, WA area.


Pay: $24 - $26/hr depending on experience


Shift: 2nd shift Monday - Friday 1pm - 9pm


Duration: Direct-hire (Permanent position)


Job Responsibilities:


+ Plan and execute laboratory experiments in compliance with SOP

+ Follow procedures in place to ensure quality and integrity of results

+ Analyze and evaluate obtained results

+ Carry out maintenance and calibration of instruments when necessary

+ Proactively participate in continuous improvements of work flows

+ Maintain, repair, and calibrate lab equipment when necessary

+ Keep laboratory well stocked; order additional materials when needed

+ Understand and follow GMP and HACCP standards

+ Attend trainings conducted by senior staff

+ Attend and participate in group meetings


Qualifications:


+ BS in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Medical technology, or related field

+ Experience in development, qualification, validation, and problem solving

+ Experience in using immunology techniques

+ Knowledge in Good Clinical Practices is preferred

+ Computer literate
