Description Want to be part of a winning team? Our client, a leading plaintiff’s law firm, with offices in Bergen County, New Jersey, is seeking two Junior itigation Attorneys to join their busy and highly successful practice! The qualified Junior Litigation Attorney will have 1-3 years of experience handling mass tort, products liability, pharmaceutical or personal injury matters and will be responsible for:


+ Caseload management
+ Supervision of new client intake
+ Managing investigations
+ Drafting a wide variety of legal documents
+ Discovery
+ Settlement administration
+ Daily interaction with clients, paralegals and other attorneys
The qualified Junior Litigation Attorney will have strong familiarity with reviewing medical records and terminology in addition to first or second chair deposition experience. Experience with supervising paralegals and other support staff is also important. All junior Attorneys must be admitted, in good standing to the Bar, ideally in New Jersey, although the firm will consider New York or Pennsylvania admission.
