Auction Sales Coordinator, Saginaw, MI

Kelly Services is currently looking for an Auction Sales Coordinator to work on site for a company located in Saginaw, Michigan.


+ Maintain inventory of all sales vehicles.

- Crib, Sales lists, Police-book-etc

+ Create repossession notices, order and process title work for appropriate lenders upon repossession

+ Prepare auction website weekly for new items available

- Condition reports, RDN, window stickers, buyer-s guides

+ Provide admin support

- Answer admin emails, reply to message board comments, change passwords

+ Manage weekly auction

- Prepare and sort auction bid sheets, prep sales list accordingly, notify GFS of bids, call IF-bids to negotiate lender counters, call winning bidders

+ Prepare, record and verify information, process documents, provide customer service and support during and after sales of vehicles up for auction

- Mark off crib, police-book, print invoices and cost car deal

+ Schedule, prep and invoice for upcoming auction: -setting the next sale-

- Print condition reports, wash sheets and order key codes



+ High School Diploma or GED

+ Effective communications skills required

+ Problem-solving and organizational skills

+ Ability to remain focused and composed during fast-paced sale-day activities

+ Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows-based POS systems


+ This position required sitting, standing, walking and repetitive movements and use of mechanical controls, such as keyboard, are frequently required
