Automotive Manufacturing Team Lead Requirements:

- Must set up each shift to run production based on customer demands and plans made by manager

- Make decisions on priority lines when needed with available staff

- Must respond to line calls quickly as possible to help meet availability targets

- Take care of line and line problems

- Make sure no orders are missed

Manufacturing Team Lead Skills:

- Must be familiar with the metric system

- Basic math and hand writing skills

- Must be able to use lathe, grinding and milling cutter machines

- Must be able to use calipers

Shift: Must be flexible

12 hour rotation shifts: 6:00am - 6:30pm

3rd shift: 6:00pm- 6:30am

**Requirements**

Automotive Manufacturing Team Lead Responsible for over-seeing employee's safety. Reporting and correcting as needed problem areas.

Responsible for the department' quality and to ensure the stoppage of no good parts to our customer, by using the procedures or rules already in place. Also by checking 4 hours and hourly Quality Checks for problem areas and making sure no skipping takes place.
