Description **Job Description**

* Implement and maintain benefit plans including information meetings to employees annual benefit open enrollment, employee wellness fairs, ergonomic & safety programs and ensure continuation of all plan coverage. Administer and communicate benefit programs in regard to plan options, policy features, enrollment and other requirements.

* HRIS and Systems Administration: Maintain HRIS (ADP) benefits system and NBS online COBRA

* Serve as key point of contact with benefits and HRIS-related vendors

* Serve as first point of contact for employees with benefits and HRIS-related questions and challenges

* Guide employees through personal and medical leave administration

* Assist with on-boarding and offi-boarding activities

* Support various HR systems (e.g., xxx) to ensure smooth Self-Service and transactional (transfer, job, cost center, status) changes.

* Regulatory Compliance: Manage and maintain systems and processes for HR compliance documentation for EEO-1 electronic filing, 5500s, OSHA, Wage and Hour laws and SOP documentation and postings and manage all Leaves of Absence.

* Maintain and audit confidential HR Personnel files to ensure compliance with federal and state laws.

* Perform other duties as necessary as assigned by management.


The position requires experience in Leave of Absence administration (LOA) and on-boarding experience.

Experience using ADP, Microsoft Suite
