Benefits Administrator with HRIS experience needed in Sarasota, FL - possible Direct Hire. Stable company, actively growing and looking to build their team. This is an "in-office" role (NOT remote)


Full-time role: Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.


Salary: $75/K - $85/K (depending on experience)


We are currently seeking a **Benefits Analyst** to join our team. This role plays an integral role providing benefits support to our centralized Human Resources Department. A key responsibility of this role will be to assist in the administration of the Company's employee benefits programs and to provide exceptional customer service to teammates. The selected individual will prepare reports, maintain key benefit analytics, assist in the administration of the 401(k) and profit sharing plan, and partner with the companys broker and/or legal counsel on plan modifications, communication and annual renewals. As part of the HR team, the selected individual may also provide support for talent management, training/development and compensation programs as needed. This role can be located in our Sarasota corporate office.


**Required**


* Bachelor's Degree in a business-related field; (Relevant, progressively responsible work experience may be substituted on a year-for-year basis for the required education)


* Minimum of two years recent Benefits Analyst experience responding to benefit inquiries in a timely and accurate manner under tight deadlines for a large population utilizing an enterprise HRIS (UKG/UltiPro preferred).


* Advance Excel experience (including pivot tables and other complex features).


* Knowledge of regulations that govern employee benefit programs including, but not limited to ERISA, FMLA, ADA, and ACA.


* Must be able to effectively handle highly sensitive and confidential employee matters at all times.


* Excellent communication, negotiation, teamwork, interpersonal and organizational skills.

4. How many years of experience have you had working with UKG/UltiPro HRIS software? (If none, please provide the HR platform(s) you have worked with previously and number of years in each.)
