We have several openings for Bi-Lingual/Spanish and other languages for Customer Service Representatives. YOU MUST BE BI-LINGUAL IN BOTH ENGLISH AND SPANISH. These are Temp to Full Time opportunities with a leading global sports media group in the Uptown Area of Charlotte! This is a chance to work for a progressive, dynamic & fast-paced global sports media broadcasting company. You'll be a part of a newly growing team supporting a product being introduced to the US Market. Your main focus will be to assist valued customers with their inquiries and requests via email and online chat, aiming for delivery of a world class customer service experience!

Success in the role is determined by your ability to be self-motivated, have a focus on results and a passion for the job. You must work collaboratively within a group to accomplish tasks/goals and effectively exchange information and ideas.



- Interest in Global Sports

- HS Diploma or GED

- 2+ years of previous experience in customer contact center -preferably in the media sector

- Experience using a CRM tool - preferably Salesforce

- Technically proficient with ability to move quickly & accurately through technology, including email and on-line chat.

- Ability to problem solve in a fast paced work environment in a high pressure operational team
