Kelly Services has an immediate need for bilingual Customer Care Representatives (called EVV Agents: Electronic Visit Verification) to join a top home healthcare client. **_This is a remote, contract opportunity._** You will be able to work from home as long as you have the following:


1. **High speed internet**

2. **A quiet/distraction free area to work**


We have multiple openings to start ASAP. The ideal candidate will be **_bilingual English/Spanish_** and have **_healthcare experience._** You will be assisting the home health Care Partners with any questions or inquiries they may have.


Schedule: 5 days per week, including weekends. Weekday hours are 9-6 CST, and weekend hours are 8-5 CST. You are expected to work 5 days a week (any combination) and will have 2 days off per week. If you do not live in Central time, you would be expected to work the hours in CST.


Type of role: Contract opportunity for minimum 3-6 months. Top performers can be offered a conversion into a permanent role.


**Pay rate:**


+ **$16/hr for non-bilingual**

+ **$17/hr if you are bilingual English/Spanish**


Job Summary:


The EVV Agent is responsible for the communication with the Client and Care Partners and documentation of information to resolve open shifts through the Electronic Visit Verification software.


Responsibilities:


1. Contact Clients and Care Partners to resolve unverified shifts in the Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) software system.


2. Record the proper reason code and comments into the visit as required by state regulations.


3. Communicate any changes or updates received from clients and/or Care Partners to the appropriate branch staff.


4. Support and assist Care Partners with downloading the mobile phone application, training on AutoLink guidelines and educate on current EVV bonus structure
