Job Title: Bilingual Customer Service Rep **(must be fluent in Spanish and English)**

Location: Northeast Tallahassee (near intersection of Mahan Dr & Chaires Cross Road)

Summary: Assist busy online driving school company with Customer Service support (handle inbound-calls; they are rolling out a new software for their services and need someone sharp on phone and computer), general administrative support, various tasks, as assigned. They are seeking someone who is looking for long-term/career employment, who is versatile, professional, with strong aptitude for learning as well as strong computer and communication skills.

Pay: _*_ $12/h

_*starting pay rate which will be revisited for strong performance in role (if you are interested in this role but concerned about starting pay-rate, let me know and I will explain some additional value in this opportunity)_

Schedule: Monday thru Friday from 9a-5p (60min daily break)

Hire type: _*_ Temp-to-hire

_*position may be opportunity for direct/long-term employment, depending on employee performance during trial period, and internal company factors_

Requirements:

_*Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is required_

*Excellent communication skills (both oral and written)

*Strong computer skills & Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suit (PowerPoint, Adobe, Word, etc)

*Strong customer service/interpersonal skills

*Strong aptitude for learning; trainable

*Dependability is critical

*Ability to multi-task

*Strong attention to detail

*Self-driven; able to complete tasks without direct supervision.

*One (or more) year(s) of job-related experience

_*Must have completed Candidate Intake (steps 1-4) in last 12 months_
