Description **Kelly Services is hiring a Bilingual Customer Service Representative for a highly reputable company in Jacksonville, FL!**

Job Description:

This position will be a new team being established to service two specific accounts: Walmart and Target. This person will be assigned to work on the Target or Walmart account. The shift will work and train on the 11am to 8pm shift. Answer incoming National Account customer inquiries and respond to customer requests. Have the ability to answer complex questions and interpret a variety of policies, rules, regulations and performs a full range of customer service duties. This is a brand new unit and we need to have strong people with appropriate experience. The positions can be temp to hire for the right candidates and the job duties can expand. Previous claims experience would be much appreciated and definitely should stay with some insurance/medical background.

• Must have a demonstrated track record and the ability to work in a fast paced/deadline driven environment.

• Ideal candidate should be able to work independently or in a team oriented environment.

• Must have the ability to interpret and apply laws, rules and regulations.

• Limited policy coverage and insurance regulation knowledge

• Verbal/written telephone communication skills are a must

• Attend training sessions as a participant

• Limited individual decision making

• Simple and straight forward individual claim authorization

• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple

Pay rate: $14/hr.

Bilingual rate will increase to $15.40 once training is complete (approx. 4 to 5 weeks) and KE is released to take calls on their own.

Schedule: Monday through Friday 11:00 AM - 8:00 AM PM Shift.
