Kelly Services is seeking an experienced Operations Administrative Support Specialist in Schaumburg, IL. Candidate must have experience working with ERP systems.


Client will be moving to Elgin, IL in August 2022.


This is a Direct Hire, Permanent position, meaning you will be hired permanently with our client and offered their competitive benefit and vacation package upon hire.

**Job details:**


$40-45k, based on experience


Hours are 8am - 5pm


**Summary:**


The Operations Administrative Support Specialist supports the Schaumburg-based Production facility with the closing of production job orders. You will work closely with the Production Supervisor and Production Team to ensure that orders are closed, and associated documents and processes are completed and filed.


**Job duties:**


+ Closing production orders in Factory Track/CSI

+ Double-checking Production forms for any errors and materials used on the job.

+ Record problems associated with Infor requiring follow up attention.

+ Printing and reviewing the Exception Report to be attached to the original order for filing.

+ Debug order discrepancies.

+ Verify production order accuracy.

+ Meet with Production Supervisor or Lead to address trends or inconsistencies.

+ Cross-Check closing data against Infor Item Lot Discrepancy report for capturing potential scrap or reworkable material.

+ Reviewing order errors with accounting for reconciling.

+ General data entry.

+ Assist in other Operational areas as needed.

+ Identify process issues and propose solutions.

+ Manage Production supplies inventory.

+ Assist with Inventory Management.


**Skills needed:**


+ High School Diploma or GED. Associate degree preferred

+ 1-3 years of related experience

+ Bi-lingual in English and Spanish helpful

+ Prior experience in ERP Systems

+ Previous experience as a customer service representative or related position very helpful
