**Kelly Services is currently seeking several Bilingual Spanish/English Customer Care Representatives for our top Healthcare Insurance clients at their Tampa, FL 33607 location.**



The Customer Care Rep will respond to customer questions via telephone and written correspondence regarding insurance benefits, provider contracts, eligibility and claims.



**This position requires working at the company job site in Tampa, FL 33607.**



**Pay Rate:** $16.00 per hour



**Training Hours:** Monday through Friday 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM for 6 weeks



**Working Hours:** Monday through Friday 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM plus possible weekends = 40 hours per week



**Duration:** Contract Job for 3 months and must be available to work the Day after Thanksgiving, New Years Day and Martin Luther King Day due to business needs.



**Primary Duties:**




+ Receives and places follow-up telephone calls / e-mails to answer customer questions that are routine in nature.

+ Analyzes problems and provides information/solutions.

+ Operates a PC/image station to obtain and extract information; documents information, activities and changes in the database.

+ Documents inquiry outcomes for accurate tracking and analysis.

+ Develops and maintains positive customer relations and coordinates with various functions within the company to ensure customer requests and questions are handled appropriately and in a timely manner.

+ Researches and analyzes data to address operational challenges and customer service issues. Provides external and internal customers with requested information.

+ Seeks, understands and responds to the needs and expectations of internal and external customers.

+ Required to meet department goals.







**Minimum Qualifications:**




+ High school diploma or equivalent.

+ MUST be Bilingual English and Spanish to be considered for position!

+ Previous experience using PC, database system with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook skills required.

+ Must have 1 year of Customer Service or Call Center experience.

+ Good typing and keyboard skills plus customer service experience.

+ Strong oral and written communication skills.
