Description **Job Description**

Kelly Services is seeking Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representatives for a Temp-to-Hire opportunity in Rancho Cordova.

Job Duties:

Under direct supervision, the Customer Service Representative handles customer inquiries pertaining to claims and benefit interpretation. Customer Service Representative assists prospective members, enrolled members, providers, employers, vendors, and other customers. This position is responsible for resolving all aspects of customer inquiries and complaints, for providing accurate and timely responses, and for entering accurate information into the customer database.

Hours:

Must be flexible to work an 8hr shift between 7am - 7:30pm M-F with occasional overtime on Saturdays

Pay Rate:

$14.04-$15.08 per hour DOE

Training:

Training will be 6 weeks long- 100% attendance is required

Schedule for training is M-F 8:30am-4:30pm

**Requirements**

Requirements:

Excellent attendance

6 months call center experience

Computer knowledgeable - Typing speed of 30 WPM minimum

Passionate believer in providing superior customer service

Superior verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish

High School Diploma or GED
