Kelly Services is immediately hiring for an Account Associate for one of our customers. Our client is a leading customer in the Pharmaceutical industry and is looking for a High attention to detail, organized, experienced candidate to join their team on a full time basis.
The Account Associate will specialize in new, large clients while maintaining relationships with our established clients. Working closely with our stellar sales team, the Account Associate will process the duration of the contract and commitments to the client pertaining to their account, internally and externally. As the Account Associate, you will project manage all internal teams to deliver on the product. You will also be the main point of contact for the client.
**Responsibilities:**
managing distribution of collection kits, ordered and sent to the collection sites or doctor groups
updating necessary channels for inventory
setting up the collection company (BA PLS or other) - scheduling, communicating and following up, instructions and lab communications, delivery of samples communication
updating all internal systems of new work and expected details and dates, manage that IT requirements met and clients onboarded in our system
client billing information gathered and shared with finance
deliverables/results delivered on time
follow up with the client
ongoing sales and continued work orders for ongoing business
A/R outreach on unpaid invoices
Contract amendments or changes
client feedback channel
reporting
**Qualifications:**
A Bachelor's degree is preferred
4+ years customer account management experience.
1+ years marketing experience.
2+years sales experience.
A professional appearance.
Maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
The ability to read, write, and perform basic math.
Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
Biotech and pharmaceutical industry experience **required**
