Our client, a financial service holding company, is currently seeking a **Business Analyst (Employee Performance Scorecard)** for a **6+ month contract/temp-to-hire position** .





Candidate must reside in 1 of the following cities: St. Louis, MO; Owensboro, KY; Cincinnati, OH; Dallas/Irving, TX; Twin Cities, MN.

**Pay rate:** $48.00 - $54.00/hour





**Work Schedule:** 8:00am to 5:00pm M-F





This is a 100% remote position, but may go in office occasionally once it re-opens. Candidate must reside in 1 of the following cities: St. Louis, MO; Owensboro, KY; Cincinnati, OH; Dallas/Irving, TX; Twin Cities, MN.





**Project Name:** Employee Performance Scorecard





**Job Description:**




+ Work with designated leaders for assigned CBBO departments to obtain business requirements for department to onboard to Employee Performance Scorecard application including identifying key performance indicators and structure and data source for KPIs.

+ Work with MIS partners and business line contacts on KPI validation.

+ Establish pilot and go live plan; provide post go-live support for assigned departments.

+ Provide weekly updates to management on status/issues/roadblocks.

+ Identify opportunities for improvement in onboarding process and/or application.

+ Work with TOS partners supporting Scorecard application as needed on bugs or data corrections.



**Requirements:**




+ Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, etc.)

+ Experience documenting business requirements (analysis of a business need, including scheduling meetings, planning agendas and conferring with business line leaders)

+ Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
