We are seeking a **Business Analyst II** for a leading consulting company in **Stamford, CT!**

**Schedule:** **Remote, but must be located in Central or Eastern time zones**

**Assignment:** 6 months

**Pay:** $40/hour

This is an exciting opportunity to join our new Health, Wealth and Career Segment, as the global Business Analyst for the Digital Communication Center (DCC) and Content Management System (CMS). Our goal is to enhance the employee/member experience and generate better outcomes through behavior change by transforming the way we manage, deliver and measure digital communications content across multiple employee/member-facing WTW products.

The CMS/DCC supports our WTW and HWC strategic priorities:

Transform how we work with new capabilities and smart connections

As the Content Delivery Lead for evolving/new cross-business capabilities you will facilitate the build out of hybrid-deployment module (including but not limited to):

Own the onboarding, configuration and technical integration of the third-party content management (CMS) and digital communication (DCC) software with our participating businesses

Become the internal subject matter expert for digital communications and content management technology

Developing training and education for onboarding of product and business teams

Assist in developing and providing access to shared content (e.g., templates, automated campaign workflows, reporting templates, standard sales templates) generating both from the core team as well as from participating businesses

Participate in governance by outlining such items as the responsibilities, processes, technical integration standards, and content best practices/standards and analytics standards

As the CMS/DDC evolves, your focus will evolve to optimization and growth across WTW.

You will collaborate with a team bringing diverse skills and experience, including technical architecture SMEs, content and UX SMEs, analytics SMEs, WTW product owners and senior-level key stakeholders. The job requires a motivated individual who is experienced in taking responsibility, who can independently deliver results on both a generic product level and a cross-product level.


Coordination with our third-party partner to configure, implement and manage the CMS and the DCC.

Document business and technical requirements to ensure the solution meets existing business needs

Work closely with the business/product teams to ensure that requirements are gathered in line with the CMS/DCC vision and support the business-specific content, delivery and solutions (e.g., standard pension education drip campaigns or journeys for plan/scheme members; bespoke campaigns for advisory clients)

For a strong relationship with our platform partner to ensure timely resolution to questions and issues

Support team members across geographical locations

When necessary, work with software development teams to devise solutions to extend the capability provided by the existing technology to support WTW businesses, products or our clients

Take a user-centric approach to discovery, using research to test assumptions and validate requirements


Previous experience in developing widely used intellectual capital (IC) with a digital component or other product management as well as a strong capability is required alongside a track record in delivering successful projects. This role requires you to provide leadership to [lead] the development teams across multiple disciplines to ensure successful implementation and growth of the CMS/DCC. You will be required to ensure the structured and coordinated planning of the core teams development drawing from your previous experience. Your ability to lead work, that may be outside of your personal expertise or comfort zone, by drawing in the right SMEs at the right time.

3-5 years experience as a Business Analyst

1-2 years experience with digital communication or content management technologies

Strong creative-thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills

Solid interpersonal skills and client service orientation

Pragmatic and able to work on own initiative

The ability to adapt language to make sense for various stakeholders; examples are operations leaders, developers and Quality Assurance staff.

Flexible and can do approach.

Sense of accountability, owning ones work and taking pride in it; commitment to quality and continuous improvement.

Strong organizational abilities and flexibility to work in a performance driven environment managing multiple project priorities.

Understanding and experience with quality management
