Description Currently seeking a **Business Analyst III** to join a Fortune 100 financial services holding company, for a **6+ month contract opportunity** , located in **Fargo, ND.**

Overview & responsibilities include the below;

Consults with business staff to develop understanding of the varied and complex business needs supported by the system. Responsible for determining how changing business needs will affect the system. Understands the role of the system in the big picture and provides ideas and recommendations regarding the evolution of the system. Clear understanding of what processes the systems are supporting, and how these processes tie together to within the system role.

Analysis and Artifact Documentation

Responds to questions and influences Corporate Payment Systems staff regarding current and potential system inputs, processes, and outputs. Conducts research and analysis into the nature, effect and results of system problems. Develops detailed business user requirements, system documentation, workflow procedures, and data requirements. Negotiates plans, time frames and trade-offs while ensuring that the Corporate Payment Systems Product Manager understands the final results of the project.

Detailed analysis documentation including, but not limited to:

• User Requirements

• Use Case Development

• Workflow Diagrams

• Project Plans

• Enhancements

• Defects

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor Degree coupled with 4+ years’ experience in a Business Analyst capacity; should hold high level of computer literacy with spreadsheets, word processing and database software and/or business systems (Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, VISIO, VB, other graphic software). Prior experience leading and participating in project requirement and deliverable walkthroughs required. Should hold a strong understanding of how a correct requirement is structured. Time management skills as well as communication skills. Strong organizational skills, interpersonal skills required.
