**Duration:** 3 - 6 months

**Current State & Main Purpose:**

These two contractors will be responsible for gathering business requirements, understanding business processes, creating functional design specifications, implementing test plans, creating/delivering end user training, providing production support of financial applications, and assisting implementation teams to deliver solutions.

This will primarily be focused in client’s **global Procure-to-Pay system implementation** .

**Essential Functions:**


+ Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders to elicit detailed business requirements using a variety of techniques to include interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, business process workflows, value stream mapping, prototypes, storyboards, and user case scenarios
+ Develop work plans, completion of deliverables, definition of overall approaches, and mobilization efforts for each initiative
+ Provide subject matter expertise to support business requirement definition, process design, implementation of processes, organizational change, and timing for impacted processes across all work teams
+ Evaluate business requirements, decompose high-level information into functional requirements, validate that requirements are based on business needs rather than user preferences, reconcile conflicts, and then document the functional requirements
+ Collaborate with counterparts in Information Technology to define and implement solutions and troubleshoot production issues
+ Capture requirements as agile stories and expand stories into narratives to ensure a standard team understanding of the requirements.
+ Helping to organize and to drive project work (leading others, taking initiative without being asked, follow up on own initiative, drive for results, seeking out/not waiting for stuff to come to you)
+ Driving and organizing user acceptance testing (which means interacting with our business users so there’s a level of communication and interpersonal savvy needed
+ Ability to do systems analysis, data mapping, data analysis and SQL queries
+ Ability to handle ambiguity; comfortable in highly ambiguous work environments and still drive to results
+ Work through conflicting requirements to build consensus.
+ Guide prioritization of requirements based on business value, risk, architectural significance, and other drivers.
+ Conduct team reviews of requirement documents, design documents, and work products.
+ Effectively communicate business needs to technical people and communicate and simplify complex technical information for non-technical people.
+ Think and act strategically, grasping and communicating the big picture.
+ Advocate for the customers and business clients as well as IT groups.
+ Collaborate with Product Owner(s) and Project Manager to complete Iteration and Release Planning, ensuring appropriate technical representation.
+ After being with client for at least 6 months, position would provide 24x7 on call production support on a rotating basis
**Experience/Education** **:**


+ Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field
+ 4 years of applicable work experience
+ Experience in operation support for Accounting and Financial Shared Service departments
+ Hands-on experience in implementing or supporting one or more of the following Oracle applications in vR12: General Ledger, Receivables, Payables, Fixed Assets, Oracle Business Intelligence – Financial Analytics, Hyperion
+ Experience in Oracle system administration functions, Oracle BI/XML Publisher
