Description **Junior Business Analyst**

Kelly Services is currently recruiting for a Junior Business Analyst for our client, a leading global computer hardware company, at their office in San Francisco.

This is a 6 month contract role with a tentative start date of April 2nd. The pay rate for this position is $22.50 per hour.

Responsibilities:


+ Provide administrative support to sales teams-record creation, conversions, record transfers and etc. while contributing to data hygiene
+ Support the team on day-to-day sales operations tasks, ranging from ad-hoc requests to maintenance work
+ Participate in Order Management and Post Order Management functions
+ Process Company Deal Registrations with Channel Operations
+ Work cross functionally between Sales, Marketing, and other teams, responding to a variety of requests
+ Assist with monthly and quarterly bookings validation and assignment for sales team commissions
Job Qualification requirements.


+ High energy, company first, positive attitude. Willingness to take on any task no task is too small
+ 1+ year experience using Salesforce.com CRM Admin certification not necessary
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools Microsoft Excel proficiency a priority
+ Exceptional time management skills with the ability to pivot between tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment
+ High level of attention to detail
+ Strong communication skills both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information to a broad audience in a clear, concise, compelling, and informative fashion
+ Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service oriented with ability to partner with leaders and individuals at all levels and to work within a team
Desired System Experience:


+ Experience using Tableau
+ Experience with using SQL
+ Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology and experience using Salesforce Agile Accelerator/Kanban tools
**Term of Assignment:**


+ 6-month assignment: April 2nd 2018 to October 1st 2018 with _possibility_ of extension.
+ Monday – Friday, normal business hours.
