**Position Overview**

Our client, a Medical Device manufacturer, has recently implemented to a new Field Service operations platform for their corporate sector. The client is in need of a Business Analyst/Project Assistant to assist in managing the effort to review current processes around the new platform, identify gaps and correct and document those processes.

**General Description**

+ You will be responsible for analyzing service data with the Service Operations team. Position is responsible for executing research and providing analysis
+ Position will maintain, recommend improvements, and document processes and will be responsible for quality control, data validation and relationship management.
+ Position requires extensive collaboration with cross-functional departments, proactive Dashboard creation and strong presentation skills.
+ Position will work with the Business Unit team to conduct analysis activities, including process improvements, tactical and strategic plans and technology scenarios.
**Technical Duties**

+ Create integrated analyses from varied data sources
+ Develop and maintain MS Excel and MS Access sourcing databases
+ Support Service Operations with ad-hoc projects
+ Develop and maintain internal SharePoint data libraries and communication materials
+ Synthesize data to form recommendations and actionable insights.
+ Utilize SQL to analyze large datasets for quality control purposes is preferred, but not required
+ Project tracking and reporting of group tasks and timelines
+ Documentation of technical processes and procedures
**Required Education/Experience**

+ Bachelor’s Degree and at least six months experience in Analyst or similar role
+ Strong quantitative and analytic abilities to analyze and validate data
+ Advanced Computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, SharePoint)
+ Experience with Process Definition and Documentation
+ Project Management experience
+ Strong written and oral communication, with strong presentation skills
