This temporary to hire, or direct hire opportunity, for the right candidate, will allow you to enhance your career while gaining valuable work experience.


The position is open now, with immediate consideration! Base salary will be between $85K depending on experience.


What will you be doing as a Business Development Representative?


Primary responsibilities for a Business Development Representative in a Business and Professional Services company will include:


Lead Generation:


+ Develop and demonstrate a strong knowledge of our clients Business Process Management offerings

+ Generate qualified leads through self-contacts, networking at events and conferences and following up with suspects, and identified campaigns/initiatives for Business Process Management services

+ Lead meetings with prospects, develop a good understanding of customer dynamics and requirements, and demonstrate to prospects how the benefits of our clients PM services can meet their demands

+ Share relevant marketing material and schedule follow up meetings with prospects


Design Solutions and Close Deals:


+ Prepare approach notes and proposals

+ Convert leads to deals and update the sales CRM/tracker.

+ Track and ensure all required legal documents (NDA, MSA, SOW) are signed

+ Involve Senior Executive Director at a higher level for client relationship management and account mining for the future.


Qualification and Skill-sets


+ Postgraduate with an MBA degree or any other business or finance degree with overall work experience of 3-5 years

+ Demonstrated understanding of Finance and Accounting/Contract Management services

+ 2 to 3 years of proven experience in prospecting, lead generation, proposal making, and closure of BPM sales in North America

+ Excellent networking, presentation, and negotiation skills

+ Detail-oriented with a process-driven mindset

+ Excellent communication (verbal & written), organizational, and time management skills

+ Quick study who can self-motivate and deliver results with little supervision

+ Outgoing personality with executive-level presence and social skills
