Description Kelly Services, Inc. is happy to exclusively present an onsite, Full Time, and Direct Hire opportunity for a **Buyer/Planner** working with our Fortune 50 client in Irvine CA!

The **Buyer/Planner** is needed to join a team of procurement strategists, working at the vanguard of technology and science to concept new realities for the future of healthcare.

+ Experience in Inventory management systems like SAP, JD Edwards and such?
**Buyer/Planner**

_Duties:_


+ Responsible for forecasting and purchasing of Service Parts from approved suppliers
+ Manager day-to-day supplier activities
+ Purchase and plan timely deliveries of assigned items, supplies, and materials; expedites as needed and acts as liaison between suppliers and end-users.
+ Obtaining appropriate approvals for purchases in excess of established limit.
+ Ensure timely payment of invoices for assigned components/materials through invoice reconciliation
+ For assigned items, coordinated with suppliers to resolve material non-conformance issues, invoice/quantity discrepancies and short term corrective actions.
+ Generate key reports (WW backorders, Line Item Filled Rate, Inventory Tracker) by downloading and formatting data from ERP systems.
+ Develops, maintains, and analyzes inventory projections, slow moving parts, and excess inventory for Service Parts.
+ Assisting on the Physical Inventory and Cycle Count
+ Refreshing DATA within cycle tool
