Description **Job Description**

In the Call Center Customer Service role you will be providing first level support to customers and employees via inbound phone calls and email. Support will include answering general inquiries, logging customer complaints, and providing procedural guidance based on established protocols.

You will be answering incoming calls, logging details and documenting each call, responding to and managing emails, providing an enhanced customer experience with each and every interaction, and be assigned special assignments, projects and reports by your supervisor.


*A high school diploma or equivalent is required

*You must be willing and able to work a non-traditional work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays

*Must be able to type at least 55+ wpm

*You must have previous computer experience

*You must have previous customer service experience - call center experience is a plus

*Familiarity with Excel is very helpful

*Must possess exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written

*Must display a high level of ability and desire to provide top notch customer service

*Self-motivated, disciplined and organized

*Professional attitude including proper phone etiquette

*Desire to learn and grow in areas of greater responsibility

*Ability to multi-task, including talking on phone and typing simultaneously
