**Job Description**


The Client Services Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations, coaching and development of a team of customer care advocates whose primary function is to provide industry leading customer service by responding to telephone inquiries, investigating requests, communicating with other departments/business partners, and resolving problems. Ensures the advocates are actively identifying products and services that meet customer needs. Works with Operations Managers to provide leadership and direction by communicating and carrying out department goals and vision.


**Basic Qualifications**


+ _3+ years of customer service experience in a banking/financial environment._

+ _2+ years of managing customer or client relations teams in a call center environment._

+ Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.

+ Automotive industry experience a plus.


**Preferred Skills/Experience**


+ Strong customer service skills and ability to handle difficult customer calls.

+ Well-developed problem-solving and negotiation skills.

+ Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications.

+ Effective selling and referral skills.

+ Advanced knowledge of operational functions, systems, best practices, policies and procedures in a call center environment.

+ Broad understanding and practical application of applicable laws and regulations.

+ Proven leadership and management skills.

+ Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously.

+ Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.


**Additional Responsibilities include:**


+ Lead regular team meetings to update staff on operational changes, product changes/enhancements, and system updates/improvements.

+ Provide input to Operations Manager regarding customer care team needs and requirements for success.

+ Provide direct support to business partners as needed via inbound and outbound call and email communication.

+ Performing other special duties or assignments are requested or required.

Salary: 55K


Schedule: M-F 8-5/9-6


This is NOT a remote opportunity, must be able to work onsite at the Austin location.
