Kelly Services is currently seeking to an experienced Inbound Call Center Representative for our government client in **Indianapolis, IN** ! The position is projected to be a contract role for at least 6-months. The role will include training and it will work on-site in the downtown Indianapolis area (it is NOT a remote position). Projected start is February 22nd. Interviews will begin as soon as an identified candidate is presented. There will be an initial phone screen, Microsoft/Data Entry testing, and then an in-person interview with the client.


**Pay: $13.00/hour**


Schedule- first shift, full time hours- Monday-Friday; **8am-4:30pm**


**Essential Duties/Responsibilities:**


+ Duties and responsibilities include:

+ Respond to customer tax forms and inquires via phone and email- must be able to data entry while speaking on the phone

+ Perform related duties as assigned.


**Job Requirements:**


+ High School Diploma is required

+ Ability to deal tactfully with individuals in resolving their differences;

+ Ability to maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, others in the division, agency.

+ High level of attention to detail.

+ Able to type at least 40 wpm (net speed)

+ Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook (email and calendar), operate a multi-phone system

+ Ability to find, gather and collect information or data and evaluate information against a set of standards.

+ Ability to communicate information and ideas clearly and concisely.
