We are seeking multiple **ONSITE** **Super User Call Center Representatives** to work for one of our premier clients on a long term assignment in **Louisville, KY** .

**Start Date:** July 2021


**Training:** Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM


**Shifts Available:** Monday-Friday from 8AM-10PM


**Job Summary:** The CSR Super User will be working in the Health and Welfare call center, and then transitioning to help with Annual Enrollment (AE) in the fall for 2022.


**Whats a typical day as a Customer Call Center Representative?**


+ Taking inbound calls from clients looking to set up their yearly benefits for 2022.

+ Examine, asses, and combines data to provide information on benefits and group insurance programs and utilization.

+ Pinpoint needs for modification or changes in program design and administrative procedures.

+ Record employee enrollment in benefits.

+ Explain and interpret more complex aspects of company insurance programs to employees and dependents.

+ Utilize specialty in a more complex aspect of the Benefit Clerk duties, requiring more in-depth knowledge of benefit programs, company policies, and administrative procedures than the Benefit Clerk.

+ May be asked to bounce from project to project to help as needed based on call volume.

+ Be comfortable switching between several screens and using several computer systems during calls.
