**Job Title:** Call Center Representative

**Location:** Raynham, MA

**Length:** 1 year with potential for extension based on business needs

**Pay Rate:** 18/hr.

**Qualifications must include:**

+ High School degree or GED required.
+ 1+ year Call Center experience highly preferred.
+ Demonstrates an understanding of the supported franchises and business processes needed to achieve results.
+ Understands relevant products and applies this knowledge to day-to-day responsibilities.
+ Effectively uses listening, verbal, and written skills to share information and achieve desired outcomes in a professional manner.
**In this role, you will:**


+ Answering incoming calls
+ Responsible for more complex sales inquiry/service complaint management to achieve a “close-loop” resolution process.
+ Assigns and/or serves as “Case Owner” to investigate escalated issues/service requests and communicates updates to Field and internal business partners.
+ Follows-up on open inquiries and escalates unresolved calls to appropriate subject matter experts based on SOP.
