Job Summary

A premier insurance provider is currently seeking call center representative (Bilingual Preferred but NOT mandatory) for healthcare customer service positions in their luxury call center environment. Daily work goes by quickly with contest, games, and prizes while answering customer health insurance questions for active military members.


Hours:

Must be flexible to work any 8hr shift between the hours of operation: 5am to 9pm Mon-Sun.


Job Duties:

Under direct supervision, the Customer Service Representative handles customer inquiries, including but not limited to claims and benefit interpretation. Customer Service Representative services prospective members, enrolled members, providers, employers, vendors, and other customers. This position is responsible for resolving all aspects of customer inquiries and complaints, for providing accurate and timely responses, and for entering accurate information into the customer database.


Requirements:

Excellent attendance

Passionate believer in providing superior customer service

Superior verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish (Spanish preferred but NOT mandatory)


Education

High School Diploma or GED


Additional Requirements

Due to working with an active military database, a credit check, and additional National Agency Background check is required.


Experience

6 months experience in customer service or telemarketing, medical terminology, claim processing desired

Any combination of academic education, professional training or work experience, which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position.


Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Must be a self-starter with a strong desire to provide superior customer service

Computer skills and familiarity with Window applications, with typing ability of 30 wpm required

Ability to interact professionally with both internal and external contacts Ability and desire to work in a fast paced environment is required
