Description Kelly Services is currently recruiting a Cash Applications Associate for a great role in Randolph, MA!

Key Tasks Include:


+ Retrieve and process customer payments into the accounts receivable system daily
+ Research issues related to unidentified payments
+ Process adjustments related to cash posting discrepancies
+ Make deposits monthly of checks by using the check scanning system
+ Manage the remittance and cash applications mailbox to ensure payment remits and adjustments are received timely
+ Work with collections and billing to resolve nay misapplication of payments
Qualifications Include:


+ High school diploma required
+ At least one year of experience in Finance and Accounting, cash application or AR experience highly desired
+ Self-motivated
+ Strong analytical skills
