**Job Description:**

Daily Duties

***Expectations - Very clear and transparent, I want the agents to know what I expect of them and what they can expect from me and my leadership team.

o We need agents to commit and be here when scheduled.

o We need employees that want to be part of the solution, who can bring problems solutions about in a constructive and positive way.

o Our goal is to train you as quickly as possible, providing the support and tools you need to be as successful as you possibly can be in this position. We want to help you get to the point where you are confident, comfortable and self-reliant in this position but if you need help we have a great

**Reps are troubleshooting WiFi, working with Android operating systems, and handling some pretty technical issues.
