Kelly Services is seeking a Change Management expert for one of our top clients in Cranberry Township, PA.


**Length:** 06/07/2021 to 06/06/2022 (Contract W2)


**Type:** Contract W2There is no per diem with this position. There is no relocation budgeted for this position. If this position requires you to relocate you will be responsible for those costs. NO C2C, at this time we are not in the position to offer any type of sponsorships or VISA transfers for this position.


**Pay Rate:** $65.00/hr. (W2)


The IT Change Management job family is responsible for IT organization's change initiatives by applying


change management methodologies, communication planning, and organizational readiness support to


IT. The IT communications service aligns as a core component within this model, responsible for


communications, channel management, content curation, branding, and overall messaging alignment to


the global IT audience. Additionally, the IT Change Management job family is responsible for planning and executing change leadership services to mobilize people, visions, and processes. Responsible for large-scale, technology enabled transformation initiatives and delivery of change through challenges and unknowns. Must be comfortable working with a high sense of urgency with motivations to stay in front of value. This role requires communication, collaboration, and partnership of business project sponsors and teams regarding strategies and approaches. Interaction with business stakeholders are essential in order to align change, communication, training strategies, and business leader engagement across disciplines to effectively design and coordinate cross functional change delivery. Change experts are recognized subject matter experts or consultants, obtained through advanced education and work experience. Change expert responsibilities typically include managing large change initiatives with limited oversight from manager as well as coaching, reviewing and delegating work to lower level professionals. Problems faced are difficult and often complex.


**Position Description**


Individuals in this job position perform work within the Change Management track.


Change Management Expert II are business, function, or process specialists with a strong background in


project management. They demonstrate the ability to clearly express and share ideas and risks both


verbally and written, in a positive and effective manner to the organization, including all levels of


management. Demonstrates confidence and active listening to confirm understanding of the deliverable.


This role is knowledgeable about existing processes, follows them and is responsible for ensuring others


follow. Possesses an understanding of how workflows fit into the bigger picture and drives process


change and creates new processes within the department. Participates in organizational process creation


or change.


Change Management Expert II is seen as an Individual Contributor within their team. They are competent


at managing their time, have strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, are able to deliver consistent


results and are self-directed. They do not manage other individuals, however, they are expected to


informally mentor junior members within your team. They have a proven ability to lead teams or work


streams. As an individual contributor they are considered a member of a group or team focused on


delivering business goals by follow structured processes and procedures to deliver results. Share


responsibility with other team members to ensure on-time product delivery, which requires a clear


understanding of expectations and capabilities as well as the ability to act effectively as a team member.


Demonstrated the ability to effectively provide direction on complex scenarios that lead to process


change. Directly influence the portfolio planning priorities and outcomes. Frequently demonstrated strong


coaching skills with a demonstrated ability to mentor and direct others on global process within and


outside areas of immediate expertise.


**Key Responsibilities**


+ Responsible for the delivery of the entire change project/initiative.

+ Promotes the business vision with a benefit framework that links adoption of change to successful

+ business outcomes.

+ Employs a structured change management methodology to facilitate change and promote

+ commitment to adapt to the change. Knows how to tailor this methodology to be culturally

+ appropriate for the enterprise and program.

+ Prepares for change by assessing the magnitude of change and the organizations change

+ readiness.

+ Conducts investigations to identify key stakeholders impacted by the change. Determines

+ appropriate timing of that change. Identifies potential challenges for stakeholders, such as skills

+ gaps, doubts and uncertainties, to foster a positive acceptance of change.

+ Tailors change management plans (training and orientation) to accommodate the needs of the

+ different stakeholder groups impacted.

+ Identifies and provides leadership for change agents and change advocates within the

+ stakeholder community by involving trusted informal leaders to create employee understanding

+ and influence successful change.

+ Promotes and provides ongoing coaching and mentoring about change management practices to

+ senior leadership, stakeholder managers and project managers to increase their effectiveness in

+ driving sustainable change.

+ Performs quantitative assessment of change success and change adoption. Solicits feedback

+ from stakeholders to determine the success of change management activities and ensure that

+ behavioral changes align with strategic objectives.

+ Educates executives and the organization about change.

+ Expected to have broad knowledge of process and strategy to effectively deliver the changes

+ successfully.

+ Understanding of how IT affects an organization and ability to link it to change state and value.

+ Assume some leadership of a functional team within a large implementation project providing

+ coaching to more junior members of the team, this may include managing 3rd parties.


**Qualifications**


+ A four year degree or higher in Information Technology, or related discipline. Marketing and

+ Communications experience desired.

+ Minimum of 10 years of change management and/or IT related experience.

+ Diversified experience within IT, preferably within 1-2 niche area of IT

+ Leadership and communications experience required.

+ Change Practitioner Certification and project management experience desired.

+ Exceptional written and oral communication skills essential for interacting with key

+ stakeholders across the project, so as to manage, inform and influence successful project

+ outcomes

+ Excellent knowledge of company products and processes

+ Advanced understanding of change management methodologies, approaches and tools

+ Develops approaches and solutions that are clearly linked to the drivers of growth and

+ profitability.

+ Working knowledge of industry-standard project management methodologies

+ Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others

+ Self-driven with commitment to delivering high quality work in a dynamic fast paced environment

+ Interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels within the enterprise

+ Possesses leadership capabilities and desire to foster the development of junior team members.
