Change Management Consultant Location: **Remote (EST)**

Kelly has an immediate need for a Change Management Consultant position for their client a large medical systems company located in the Ohio area for a 6-month project.


The Consultant, Data Governance will be part of the Enterprise Data Organization and function as a Change Leader responsible for aiding in the advancement of Data Management capabilities across the enterprise. Responsibilities will include executing Data Management Maturity assessment, refining and updating data management methodology documents and artifacts, contributing to the development of data management training, and executing data governance use cases.


The Consultant will be responsible for advancing and maturing Data Management capabilities across the enterprise. As a consultant in our Data Management Center of Excellence (CoE), this individual will be responsible for:

+ Continuous improvement of the data management methodology (our Playbook) and the execution toolkit (e.g., tools, templates, process diagrams, communication artifacts, etc.)

+ Continuous improvement of the data management maturity assessment methodology

+ Execution of maturity assessments (based on CMMI DMM) for each data domain and working with Data Stewards to prioritize process areas to focuses capability building

+ Participating in the development of our data management curriculum and training materials. Act as part of the working team to help establish the curriculum and contribute to the development of the content

+ Lead/Execute data governance use cases following the playbook process reference above

+ Drive stakeholder engagement, leadership alignment, impact analysis, learning/training, communications, business readiness, deployment, and adoption measurement

+ Help re-align the organization, its people, and their actions with critical business imperatives and specific objectives

+ Perform stakeholder identification

+ Perform user impact analysis

+ Develop and deliver detailed communications as well as training

+ Develop and implement readiness plans


+ Drive timely and accurate project updates, using expertise to solve for potential issues or delays, and escalating needs to Program Manager where necessary

+ Proficient at organizing and running multiple efforts at a time

+ Ability to address issues and meet deadlines in high pressure, tight timeline constraints

+ Applies advanced knowledge and understanding of concepts, principles, and technical capabilities to manage a wide variety of projects

+ Participates in the development of policies and procedures to achieve specific goals

+ Recommends new practices, processes, metrics, or models

+ Works on or may lead complex projects of large scope

+ Projects may have significant and long-term impact

+ Provides solutions which may set precedent

+ Receives guidance on overall project objectives


+ Professional Registration and/or Project Management Professional credential PMP is preferred

+ Lead and coordinate development of overall Project Execution Plan

+ Experience with MS Office including Word, templates, and PowerPoint

+ Experienced in meeting tight deadlines.

+ Presentation: must demonstrate clear, concise articulation of proposed actions, illustrating opportunity, alternatives, recommendation, and associated economics

+ Minimum 5 to 10 years directly relevant professional experience, preferred
